Harbor House recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic has been difficult for us all, so we are pleased to let everyone know that Ride For New Beginnings will take place on September 12, 2020 and will comply with updated social distancing measures and government regulations. Because news regarding the virus remains fluid and the health and safety of all participants is our top priority, we are continuing to evaluate this event. Best practice social distancing measures will be in place, and a new "Launch When Ready" start will be implemented.

In order to address participant safety for all and observe government regulations for gatherings, Ride For New Beginnings’ participants now have three options from which to choose:

Option 1: Saturday, September 12, 2020 - Start and finish at the Laurita Winery (85 Archertown Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533) for the 62.5 and 30 mile courses. There will be Hydration Stations (rest stops), and a boxed lunch will be provided to all participants. Social distancing and safety measures will be implemented. SAG support is included!

Option 2: Riders may participate by completing the same Ride For New Beginnings courses at a time of their convenience between September 12-26, 2020! Upon completion of the selected course, participants will be asked to email their photo along with their bike and distance to <email address>. Participants should ensure they follow social distancing and safety rules.

Option 3: Riders may participate virtually indoors by logging the course miles completed on a stationary bike or by mapping their own ride on a course distance of their choice.

  • All Ride For New Beginnings Event Staff will be required to wear masks and gloves at Registration and Hydration Stations.
